As children, we all absorb our environment. We absorb the thoughts, feelings, words and actions of the people who are close to us in those formative years. By the age of seven, we have formed habits and learn values that automatically create our lives. Our experiences, everything we have absorbed makes us who we are and influences us today.

It is as you can see very early in life that we mostly learn what we base the creation of our lives on. Everything that you absorb will determine your thoughts and your thoughts influences your feelings which have an impact on our words and our actions.

Now if that is all set at an early age, “What can we do about it now”? How can you create your life differently to what it is now? But you can.

By going back to the start, going back to where you were a child and start creating different thoughts, different feelings and different words and actions. We, at My Life Today and this course will show you how to do it and we will guide you through the process every step of the way. It will take about 15 minutes of your time each day for the next two months to learn and practise and if you can persist, you’ll succeed and become a better, more effective creator of your life the way that you want it.

In our best early childhood education class, you will learn the process of how you create your life. In our surveys, we have found that most people do not know how they create their life. It is quite extraordinary that we go to school for approximately 10 to 12 years and finish our schooling not knowing how we create our life.

Generally, by the age of 7 we have learned most of our values and our beliefs from those people who were closest to us in those formative years. There are other stages in life where our beliefs and behaviours can be altered at ages of around 9 and 14. It follows that it makes common sense to complete the best early childhood education class.

Let us explain it for you this way. You create your life using different components that all influence what your life is now. That might sound more complicated then it is, as you are naturally using those components every day. It is more about learning how you can influence these components in the way that it gets you the outcomes in your life and how you want your life to be.

So what are the components that we use every day to create my life?

You create your life with your thoughts, your feelings, your words and your actions. All these components come from you and are steered by you. You also experience distractions. Distractions often come from outside you so you may have limited influence upon them, but you can still steer away how much they will impact you. Distractions can also come from inside you like your thoughts and by all that you create your life.

Acceptance of where you are now is a powerful habit to adopt because it provides you with an opportunity to open up new possibilities.

Let us review what are the components that you use every day that are helping you to create your life. There are five components that you use every day, and they are your thoughts, your feelings, your words, your actions and distractions. Remember distractions can come from outside you and they can come from inside you like your thoughts. Distractions that come from inside you would be like your doubts or your thinking that you are not good enough to do something, or that you are not worthy enough to have something or achieve your dreams but often they come from outside you therefore you may have limited influence upon them.

So, it is important to understand from an early age that you can create good habits with thinking that you are good enough and that you are worthy enough to have a wonderful life. Creating good habits is something that you can learn, and we teach you how you can do that in our online best early childhood education class.

You often hear the phrase of “having a bad habit” or something you do as “being a bad habit” but actually habits are something very essential for us humans. Habits can make the difference on whether or not you achieve or maintain your goals and dreams. Habits are something you can learn and once you learn you habits, they will make your life so much easier because they require little or no thought.

Habits are very powerful and once you have established them, they are almost automated.

Human beings use habits to help create our lives and do things automatically like when we learn how to drive in a car will we learn how to read or write. When you are learning something new, it is uncomfortable, and that is normal. Remember it is when were you are uncomfortable; that’s when you know you’re growing. You have to be uncomfortable to grow! That on its own is a good reminder that you are growing and moving towards achieving your goals and dreams.

So, by creating a new habit you can automate the process of creating an you direction in your life.

In our class we will introduce you to focusing your attention on the new habits that will serve you and not thinking about all or allowing those bad habits that do not serve you to stay around and holding you back from achieving what it is that you desire.

Learning how to create your life, early in your life, like when you were young is very helpful because it allows you to understand the foundations of how you’re going to create your life as you become older and as you grow up. Learning the five components of how you create your life is not very difficult. Children are like sponges and are very alert to new information. So, what better information then to give them than to remind them of the foundations of how they create their lives.

If it is by the age of seven that children have learned values and beliefs that they’re going to base their choices and build their foundations upon creating their lives as they grow, it makes common sense to provide the best early childhood education class that explains this most important subject – How we all create our lives using the same process.
